Black Box Fire & Security, together with ESI & INS Form Black Box Group.
In 2021, Black Box Fire & Security bought Stockport security company ESI, and following this in 2024 a further acquisition was made in the form of Cumbrian security firm, INS, and Black Box Group was formed. This expansion has allowed the group to further its knowledge and experience across a range of sectors including education, hospitality, medical, defence and retail to name a few.
