Black Box Fire & Security and Derbyshire-based Electronic Security Installations (ESI), have announced that they have joined forces to form The Black Box Group.
Both companies currently work with clients across commercial, public, retail and residential sectors delivering life safety, CCTV, access control, intruder alarm and ancillary services across the UK. The new group will allow both to operate across a wider geographical area.
The two companies have delivered significant growth over recent years and will now work in partnership, while retaining their own brands, to deliver the highest quality services to an fast expanding customer base.
Black Box Group now employ over 100 people in and will continue to expand the team to further assist its organic and acquisition driven growth plans.
Managing Director of Black Box Fire & Security, David Barnes, will take on the role of Group Managing Director and commented, “We are delighted to join forces with ESI in a move which will be beneficial for all stakeholders.
