The specialist team worked with Manchester Life’s preferred fire alarm equipment provider to deliver these complex and bespoke systems without outside intervention, to tight timescales whilst staying in budget.
These high-end apartment buildings are breathing new life into the Ancoats area of Manchester. The new builds are unique as they often incorporate some elements of an existing landmark or building into the new design. For example, taking the entrance of a pub and incorporating existing stonework into the design.
The project has also included CCTV with remote monitoring capability, access controlled entry, intercom within every apartment to allow for ground floor door release, radio fob car park entry to raise the parking garage roller shutter without compromising the vehicle and panic alarms and door monitoring to protect staff and residents.
