Remote Alarm monitoring

When a monitored alarm system sounds, it connects to an Alarm Receiving Centre which then notifies the home or business owners that security has been breached. This increased level of security protection can be particularly useful for regularly unoccupied locations and sites.

Many of these packages come complete with apps for smart devices so that the owner has full transparency, even when away and many incorporate  audio speakers to deter criminal activity. In addition, the systems can be capable of automatically requesting a police presence.

There are also several other deterrents including fog machines that when breached release thick, impenetrable smoke-like fog within the area that makes it difficult to navigate a route out of the premises and hampering theft or damage.

Our service includes:

Design

Risk Assessment and Site Survey
Our team will conduct a thorough site survey to identify any vulnerable points and critical areas requiring monitoring. We then tailor the system design to address these specific security needs and environmental factors.

Reliable and Redundant Communication
All of our systems use multiple communication pathways (e.g. cellular, internet, and landline) to avoid signal transmission failures and operate with encrypted communication protocols for secure data transmission.

Scalability and Flexibility
All systems are designed to be easily expandable, accommodating future additions like new sensors, cameras, and even additional sites. We use modular components to facilitate straight forward upgrades and modifications.

Ease of Use
Intuitive interfaces are used, e.g. keypads, touchscreens, mobile applications to simplify user interaction. Multilingual support and accessibility features for user diversity.

Integration and Interoperability
We know how important multi system integration is and we design our structures to work with other security and home automation technologies, such as access control, CCTV, and smart devices. We strive to ensure compatibility with existing frameworks and where possible, future-proof the design for new technology advancements.

Compliance and Standards
As BAFE accredited and NSI Gold approved, we take compliance very seriously always ensuring that our systems meet and comply with industry standards.

Reliability and Maintenance
After installation, we implement a regular maintenance schedule to ensure continued functionality and where possible remote diagnostic tools allow our monitoring centre to perform off-site system checks and updates. In cases where we do not have remote access, we will visit the sites to complete system checks and updates.

Response Protocols
We develop clear and effective protocols for our monitoring centre to follow in the event of an alarm and coordinate with local emergency services to ensure swift and efficient response.

Supply & Installation

Professional Installation
Our team of certified engineers ensure components are correctly installed and wired and then conduct comprehensive testing of all sensors, communication pathways, and control panels  .

System Testing and Calibration
Initial and periodic testing is carried out to verify that all sensors and communication modules have full functionality. Detectors are then calibrated to minimise false alarms and optimise detection accuracy.

User Training
We provide thorough training sessions for users on system operation, including arming/disarming, handling alarms, and troubleshooting. Supply user manuals are given as is after sales support technical support  .

Innovation

Artificial Intelligence and Analytics
Technology advances can utilise AI to improve threat detection and reducing false alarms by learning normal activity patterns and identifying anomalies. We can then produce analytics based on this and provide detailed reporting and insights into system performance and events.

Smart Home Integrations
Technology to integrate with smart home devices and platforms like Alexa and Google Home for voice control and enhanced automation. Use geo-fencing capabilities to automatically arm/disarm the systems based on the location of the user devices.

Remote Management Capabilities
Robust mobile applications and online features available for users to manage the system remotely, receive real-time alerts, and view live camera feeds. This also allows remote firmware updates and diagnostics from the monitoring centre.
