Reliability and Maintenance
After installation, we implement a regular maintenance schedule to ensure continued functionality and where possible remote diagnostic tools allow our monitoring centre to perform off-site system checks and updates. In cases where we do not have remote access, we will visit the sites to complete system checks and updates.

Response Protocols
We develop clear and effective protocols for our monitoring centre to follow in the event of an alarm and coordinate with local emergency services to ensure swift and efficient response.

Our team of certified engineers ensure components are correctly installed and wired and then conduct comprehensive testing of all sensors, communication pathways, and control panels  .

System Testing and Calibration
Initial and periodic testing is carried out to verify that all sensors and communication modules have full functionality. Detectors are then calibrated to minimise false alarms and optimise detection accuracy.

User Training
We provide thorough training sessions for users on system operation, including arming/disarming, handling alarms, and troubleshooting. Supply user manuals are given as is after sales support technical support  .

Artificial Intelligence and Analytics
Technology advances can utilise AI to improve threat detection and reducing false alarms by learning normal activity patterns and identifying anomalies. We can then produce analytics based on this and provide detailed reporting and insights into system performance and events.

Smart Home Integrations
Technology to integrate with smart home devices and platforms like Alexa and Google Home for voice control and enhanced automation. Use geo-fencing capabilities to automatically arm/disarm the systems based on the location of the user devices.

Remote Management Capabilities
Robust mobile applications and online features available for users to manage the system remotely, receive real-time alerts, and view live camera feeds. This also allows remote firmware updates and diagnostics from the monitoring centre.
